Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT infrastructure management and support at the European Campus Rottal-Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining IT systems, installing and configuring laboratory software, and providing first and second-level support to staff and students. Key duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing support tickets, and creating user guides. Additionally, the engineer will handle the procurement of new hardware and software, conduct market research, commission new equipment, and decommission old devices. The position also entails supporting teaching activities by providing technical assistance and safety instructions to students, as well as adapting the laboratory environment to educational needs.
