Job Summary

This role involves actively acquiring new corporate clients and comprehensively managing existing ones within a designated territory. The specialist will advise both private and corporate clients, promoting corporate health management (BGM) offers and other value-added services. A key part of the job is organizing and conducting events, such as health days, at client sites, collaborating with relevant internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Social Insurance Clerk or similar, possess initial sales experience, and be driven to achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and excellent communication skills. This position offers an interesting and varied role with flexible working hours.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Clerk (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r) or comparable qualification (e.g., Insurance Salesperson)

Experience

  • Initial sales and selling experience is ideal
  • Professional experience in customer acquisition and retention
