Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking strategic and operational responsibility for the Data Management & Business Intelligence division, driving the vision of a Single-Point-of-Truth. The Head will be crucial in developing and implementing the data strategy and Data Governance, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (SGB V, GDPR), and aligning with IT and digitalization strategies. A key focus is building a modern data platform using SAP technologies (BW/4HANA, HANA SQL) based on a Data-Lakehouse architecture, ensuring high-performance reporting and Data Science infrastructure. The role requires leading an interdisciplinary team of Data Architects and Engineers, fostering their development, and collaborating closely with the Executive Board and specialized departments to enable data-driven decision-making within the statutory health insurance environment. Candidates must possess extensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of SAP data technologies, and expertise in data architecture, governance, and security.
