Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk (Sozialversicherungs-fachangestellte/r) or an additional qualification (e.g., AOK Specialist Consultant, AOK Expert). Alternatively, a completed education with a further professional qualification.

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in statutory health insurance, with a focus on the relevant area
  • Professional experience demonstrating special commitment and acquisition of specialized knowledge
  • Professional and work-pedagogical knowledge (e.g., trainer's license) is ideal
