Job Summary
This role involves conducting cutting-edge research in a pediatric clinic's research laboratory, focusing on cellular and molecular biology techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cell and 3D cultures of primary cells, utilizing high-resolution imaging techniques like immunofluorescence microscopy and live-cell imaging, and conducting molecular biological analyses such as Western Blot, PCR, and cloning. A key aspect of the role includes automated image analysis and quantification of cellular parameters.
