Job Summary

This role is for an organized and technically proficient IT Technician focused on hardware logistics and warehouse management. You will be responsible for the structured and efficient handling of IT hardware processes, including goods receipt, storage, documentation, and labeling. Key tasks involve managing warehouse processes, handling small parts inventory, and coordinating reorders. The position also entails processing and managing support tickets, communicating with manufacturers, and performing hardware component management, including exchange, decommissioning, and basic configuration. You will coordinate and execute exchange measures according to manufacturer specifications and create ticket statistics for regular meetings. This role requires participation in a 24x7 on-call and shift system, including early/late shifts and weekends. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills, ready to support a leading IT service provider in Germany.
