As a Working Student in Service Management, you will play a key role in configuring and customizing the company's intranet applications, primarily Confluence and Linchpin, including managing user permissions and personalizations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling support incidents for internal stakeholders and external service suppliers, as well as providing best practice advice on templates and macros.
