Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Leader in Structural Engineering, focusing on the maintenance and repair of railway infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the quality, timely, and professional execution of tasks related to the upkeep of structural engineering assets such as bridges, platform edges, ramps, and drainage systems. This includes conducting inspections, maintenance, and repair work, as well as preparing and post-processing these measures, including documentation. You will also provide technical leadership to a construction team, including on-site instruction and safety briefings. This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction or metalwork, who enjoys working outdoors, is reliable, a team player, and willing to work night shifts and weekends, contributing to the safety and efficiency of Germany's rail network.
