Job Summary
This role involves adapting and expanding software solutions for a business process automation platform, ensuring the efficient implementation and adjustment of digital workflows. You will be responsible for planning release changes, performing regular maintenance, and overseeing technical conception, design, and system administration. A key aspect of the role is contributing to requirements management, 3rd-level support, and professional error localization and resolution. Additionally, you will monitor and administer the business process automation platform, coordinate city-wide efforts, and manage continuous risk assessment. This position offers a chance to actively support the digitalization of Stuttgart's state capital through specific individual developments within the Department for Digitalization, Organization, and IT.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or a completed technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) with equivalent skills and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in process automation technologies
- Good understanding of complex, networked systems
- Experience in agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, Lean methods)
- At least three years of relevant professional experience if holding a technical vocational training qualification
Languages
Additional
- Foreign degrees require recognition in Germany or proof of an equivalent qualification. Experience with complex municipal structures is an advantage.
