Job Summary

This role involves independently developing and documenting operational and security concepts for supported systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing university-wide Microsoft-based system environments, including Azure and M365, ensuring their smooth operation and security. Key responsibilities also include monitoring operational parameters, troubleshooting, and proactively preventing errors. A significant part of the role is providing independent and proper support to all university members via phone, electronically, and on-site, managing service operation task lists, and monitoring tickets within the Operations area. The position also entails creating requirements, planning, preparing, and executing procurement measures.
