Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning, organization, and evaluation of continuing education events for employees across 22 cooperating universities in Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein. The successful candidate will prepare participant documents, set up seminar rooms, and engage in targeted communication with participants, instructors, and university staff via various channels. Key responsibilities also include contributing to the conceptualization of the semester-based continuing education program, maintaining the HüW website, and managing newsletters and promotional materials. This position offers an opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive environment, contributing significantly to professional development initiatives within the higher education sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed administrative or employee training course II, completed university degree (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) in administrative sciences or social sciences, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- High affinity for continuing education/HR development through studies and/or professional experience
- Professional experience in planning and organization
- Professional experience with flexible working hours (by arrangement)
