Job Summary

This role offers a comprehensive training program to become a German and European Patent Attorney within one of Europe's largest IP law firms. The successful candidate will gain extensive insight into all facets of industrial property rights, supporting patent attorneys in client consultations, drafting patent applications in collaboration with inventors, and formulating opinions on patent application prospects based on search reports and examination decisions. You will also participate in oral hearings and assist in opposition and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.
