Job Summary

Join the Institute for Clinical Pathology's molecular pathology diagnostics team as a Scientist, contributing to a high-performance, accredited institute. This role involves analyzing complex molecular lab data from various materials like tissues and fluids, utilizing modern high-throughput technologies such as NGS and gene expression analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating molecular lab data (qPCR, pathogen detection, fragment length analyses, multiple NGS approaches) and generating comprehensive result reports, including quality parameter checks. Additionally, you will support quality assurance activities (DAkkS accreditation, IVD-R, proficiency tests), create data statistics, and contribute to the establishment and advancement of innovative molecular technologies. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree in natural sciences (e.g., life sciences)

Experience
