Job Summary

This role involves leading the "Permit Management" group at Hamburger Energienetze GmbH, a newly merged energy distribution network operator in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of easements and permit agreements for the construction and modification of electrical power supply systems. This includes identifying and negotiating with contract partners for bundled processing of agreements, monitoring timely responses to development plan procedures, and participating in authority working groups. A key part of the role is to develop and refine work procedures, such as standard contracts and process descriptions, and to establish effective internal and external interfaces with business partners and authorities. The position requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of property, land, and building law within the energy sector.
