Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, coordination, and execution of high-voltage plant technology projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient collaboration across technical departments. The technician will actively participate in new construction and conversion projects, developing technically and economically viable concepts for plant technology. A key responsibility includes acting as an on-call operations manager for primary technology and managing external service providers, from commissioning to final acceptance. Furthermore, the role requires conducting complex failure and damage analyses based on maintenance findings, and developing internal guidelines, operating, and work instructions to ensure compliance with relevant standards (like DGUV and DIN VDE). This position is ideal for an experienced electrical engineering master craftsman or technician with deep practical knowledge of distribution networks and regulatory compliance.
