As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across various EDEKA Südwest markets in specific postal code areas (60, 61, 64, 65), with your office based in Offenburg. Your daily tasks will include installing and modifying PC, scanner, and weighing systems, maintaining all installed IT systems, and deploying Cisco network components. You will also conduct technical rollouts, data migrations, and software updates, alongside training and supporting market employees on software packages and peripheral devices.
