Job Summary

This role is centered on the administration and management of a newly implemented Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system landscape. The incumbent will be responsible for core system administration tasks, including configuration, customizing, and ensuring high data quality through meticulous data creation, migration, and maintenance. Key duties involve managing user roles, permissions, and list configurations, alongside designing and generating necessary reports. A significant aspect of the role is supporting the digitalization and automation of Facility Management (FM) processes. Furthermore, the CAFM Manager/Administrator will conduct user training, provide consultation on system usage, and maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, processes, and standards. Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant field such as IT or Facility Management, or possess equivalent professional experience, coupled with practical CAFM system administration knowledge. The position offers a flexible 38.5-hour work week and mobile work options.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Facility Management, or Real Estate; OR Completed training in IT or Real Estate; OR Equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and further training.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the application and administration of CAFM systems (preferably waveware by Loy & Hutz)
  • Experience in user training and process documentation
