Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support for the retail sector, serving as the first point of contact for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting, classifying, and processing incoming reports using a ticket system, and resolving hardware and software malfunctions via phone or remote access. Close collaboration with specialized departments is also key. Candidates should possess a background in IT or commercial fields, ideally with initial experience in IT support and knowledge of retail merchandise management, SAP systems, POS environments, and Windows OS. Required Skills
Education
