Job Summary

This role involves operating, administering, and continuously developing existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, as well as optimizing and automating IAM processes and ITSM workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The specialist will also manage and develop the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure and related services, including Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Key responsibilities include participating in 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, contributing to IT infrastructure on-call duties, and leading or co-leading infrastructure projects. The position also requires creating and maintaining system documentation and training IT colleagues on relevant technologies.
