Reliability Engineer Building Technology | Reliability Engineer Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves enhancing the reliability and availability of building technology systems. The Reliability Engineer will develop and implement strategies, analyze and optimize maintenance processes, and conduct root cause analyses to prevent disruptions. Key responsibilities include introducing and managing Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance solutions, collaborating with Facility Management and operations for continuous improvement, and documenting key performance indicators for system availability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a degree in building technology or a related field, experience in a similar reliability or maintenance engineering role, and strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in German and some English.
