Job Summary

As a Functional AIT Engineer for AIRBUS Defence and Space in Taufkirchen, you will be instrumental in conducting crucial test campaigns for aerospace hardware. Your daily tasks will involve executing Thermal-Vacuum Test Campaigns (TVAC) and Calibration & Characterization Campaigns (C&C) during shifts. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and improving test procedures, critically evaluating results, and analyzing event correlations to identify root causes and pragmatic solutions under time pressure, all while ensuring the safety of flight hardware. Collaboration with project teams to define optimal test strategies regarding quality, time, and cost, and supporting non-conformance investigations aligned with company quality standards, are also key aspects of this role.
