Job Summary

The ICT Risk Manager Information Security will play a crucial role in ensuring the resilience and future-orientation of the Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH). Day-to-day, this involves identifying and assessing ICT risks within the bank's information network, aligning with DORA regulations, BSI-IT Grundschutz, and ISO27005 standards. The role also includes developing and maintaining the ICT risk management framework, refining methods and tools for risk control, and ensuring the ICT risk strategy aligns with the overall risk strategy. A key responsibility is to develop risk minimization guidelines, monitor their effectiveness, and conduct training and awareness programs on ICT risks for employees. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in information security management and a proactive approach to risk mitigation in a financial sector context.
