Job Summary

This Senior Expert role is crucial for driving one of the largest digital transformations at the Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH). The successful candidate will serve as the functional application owner and sub-project lead, focusing on leveraging Microsoft 365 to make banking processes more efficient, collaborative, and location-independent. This involves ensuring M365 adheres to high standards of operation, security, and integration within existing internal banking procedures. You will continuously advance the digitalization of workplaces and apply comprehensive experience in process management to achieve strategic goals. The role requires a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, coupled with expert knowledge of M365 deployment and several years of experience in IT or organizational management within a banking environment, including familiarity with regulatory requirements like DORA.
