Job Summary

This role involves co-leading a team of 16 employees within the Accounts Receivable department, specifically focusing on administrative offenses and one-time revenues for the City of Stuttgart. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing telephone and in-person advice to departments and debtors, handling complaint management, and resolving complex cases. The successful candidate will also contribute to projects, such as the transition to S/4Hana, maintain internal statistics, and generate reports for press, city council, or legal inquiries. Key tasks also involve reviewing and approving repayment and rebooking documents, and making decisions on remission applications for ancillary claims within set value limits. Required Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Management or equivalent (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/-in) • Alternatively, a degree as a Verwaltungsfachwirt/-in (former Angestelltenlehrgang II) • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable university degree in administration or finance with relevant knowledge for the field of activity

Experience

  • Professional experience with SAP financial systems, especially Kommunalmaster or modules FI, SD, REFX, and PSCD is desired
  • Knowledge of administrative offenses law and the OWI21 procedure is advantageous
