Job Summary
This role involves selecting and onboarding service providers, including demand analysis, market research, tender processes, and contract negotiations. A key focus is on performance management, continuously monitoring and steering provider performance against quality, cost, and SLA targets through regular reporting and reviews. The specialist will also build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, manage risks associated with external services, ensure compliance with data protection and security guidelines, and identify cost optimization opportunities. The position requires a proactive individual who can evaluate new technologies to enhance customer service processes and continuously challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with demonstrable success in operational management of customer service units
 - Extensive service experience in both contractor and client business
 - Strong knowledge in drafting and improving service contracts
 - Experience in negotiating contracts with various stakeholders
 
Languages

- Work location in Hamburg or Dortmund, Germany.
