Job Summary
Our client, a highly respected IT system house, is seeking an IT Field Service Technician for their Berlin location. This role is ideal for professionals with IT experience or recent graduates in IT-related fields. You will be responsible for delivering on-site IT services, including hardware installations (notebooks, PCs, servers, printers), participating in migration and rollout projects, and performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). Additionally, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support to end-users, conduct on-site training, and set up videoconferencing systems. This position offers a stable work environment, flat hierarchies, regular working hours, and opportunities for individual development, with the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Customer Service Representative, IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, Information Electronics Technician, PC and Network Specialist, IT Service Technician, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualifications
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector OR completed vocational training in an IT-related field
- Experience with current Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and standard applications
