Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician in Hamburg, working with a specialized and growing IT consulting firm. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for installing operating systems and applications, participating in rollout and migration projects, and performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). A key part of the role involves providing end-user support, setting up and dismantling IT equipment, and conducting data backups. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in IT or comparable experience, strong knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems, and expertise in hardware, including peripheral devices.
