Job Summary

The City of Neumünster is seeking two proactive Digitalization Coordinators to drive innovative digital transformation within its administration. In this role, you will be responsible for the partial project leadership of key digitalization initiatives, including OZG and city-specific projects. Your day-to-day will involve developing detailed implementation plans, presenting project results, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and actively participating in change management processes. You will moderate workshops, analyze and optimize processes for seamless digital implementation, and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to modernizing public services, fostering a technology-supported work culture, and implementing best practices from other German administrations.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (FH or Bachelor) in Digitalization, Computer Science, Business, Administration, Engineering, or Social Sciences, OR qualification for career group 2, 1st entry-level (formerly higher service) in General Services or comparable, OR successful completion of Angestelltenprüfung II, OR equivalent abilities and experience.
