Job Summary
This role involves strategically managing and advancing the Document Management System (DMS), specifically enaio, as a core platform for digital administrative processes within the city administration. The administrator will ensure smooth operation, including monitoring, managing legally compliant archiving, and maintaining system interfaces. Key responsibilities include coordinating DMS integration with OZG (Online Access Act) services and E-File systems, optimizing specialist processes for efficient digital workflows, and providing technical support through scripting and workflow automation. Candidates must possess a university degree in IT or equivalent professional experience, particularly in administering organization-wide software solutions and digital process design. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills, ready to drive innovative digitization projects and contribute actively to modernizing public administration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree with an IT focus (e.g., Business/Administrative Informatics) OR completed IT vocational training with equivalent skills and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in administration for organization-wide software solutions (required if IT education is alternative)
- Professional experience in digital process design (required if IT education is alternative)
- Experience in legally compliant archiving solutions and document management processes (desirable)
- Experience in DMS platform administration (desirable)
- Experience in project management of digitization projects in an administrative environment (desirable)
