This role is for an IT Service Technician/Field Engineer based in the greater Cologne area, focusing on providing comprehensive IT support. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the repair of desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones, as well as installing and configuring various IT equipment like printers and mobile scanners. A key part of the job involves on-site user support, troubleshooting issues both remotely and in person, and meticulously documenting all work processes in a ticket system.
