Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st Line IT support to users within an international IT service provider. Day-to-day, you will handle incoming IT inquiries via various channels like phone, email, and chat, creating, processing, and resolving tickets in adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include assisting users with hardware and software issues, monitoring work queues, performing password resets, and managing user accounts in systems like Exchange, Active Directory, and SAP. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and Active Directory, and a strong customer service orientation. This position offers a stable, full-time, permanent contract with comprehensive onboarding and opportunities for professional development in a modern IT environment.

Completed IT-related training or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support/helpdesk
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, and standard hardware
