As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the frontline support for IT inquiries at the client's location in Donauwörth. Your daily tasks will involve processing IT support requests, including B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Hardware/Software tickets. You will also be responsible for implementing individual project assignments, applying standard applications, and providing solutions for Windows clients, printers, network, and telecommunications.
