Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in second-level support, based in Neckarsulm. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and managing client hardware, as well as installing and updating operating systems and software. A key part of your day-to-day will involve providing on-site service to end-users, addressing system disturbances, and performing individual installations and configurations as needed.
