As a Junior IT Service Technician, you will be the go-to person for resolving a range of IT issues, from Windows client problems and printer malfunctions to network and telecommunication system setups and troubleshooting. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth IT operations, working with tickets (B/F, IMAC, H+E), and meticulously documenting all incidents and solutions.
