Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be actively involved in supporting clients directly at their location. Your daily tasks will include installing, configuring, and maintaining client hardware and peripherals. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving both hardware and software issues, particularly within Windows and Microsoft Office environments. This role also involves assisting users with setting up hardware, smartphones, and tablets, as well as evaluating and forwarding support requests to the appropriate departments. The position requires working with ticket processing, installation, and documentation tools, offering a dynamic environment within a company that provides comprehensive IT infrastructure, cloud, and outsourcing services.
