Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Field Service Technician ready to take on leadership as a Team Lead Onsite Support in Neckarsulm, Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels, coordinating project execution for seamless service delivery, and managing technical escalations. Day-to-day, you will also provide technical leadership to IT staff, lead team meetings, and participate in interview processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience in IT service for large clients, and proven team leadership and escalation management skills.
