As an IT Technician Onsite Support in Augsburg, you will be the go-to person for resolving IT issues with ease, contributing to a leading managed services company. Your daily tasks will involve processing support tickets for incidents, service requests, IMAC, and break & fix scenarios. You'll perform repairs on desktops, notebooks, and tablets under warranty, provide remote support to client sites, and install software and operating systems both remotely and directly onsite. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining documentation for onsite services.
