Job Summary

As an IT Deployment Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth setup and operation of IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring hardware, delivering and commissioning devices, and meticulously documenting all orders and equipment within the ticketing system. You'll also be responsible for data migration from old devices, monitoring workflows, and coordinating appointments with end-users. This role requires a completed IT education or equivalent, professional experience in on-site service or user support, and familiarity with Windows operating systems (10/11) and MS Office.
