Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, contributing to a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day, you will provide direct customer support for Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. This involves executing IT support tasks based on various ticket types (B/F, IMAC, H+E) and project assignments, as well as handling incoming calls, logging, and assigning tickets for incident reports. The ideal candidate will have an IT vocational background or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systems, standard software (Office, Adobe), and be proficient with hardware, mobile devices, and ticketing systems. Basic networking knowledge is also required.
