This role involves providing crucial 2nd level onsite IT support for a prominent industrial client in Hamburg. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving IT issues related to Windows clients, iOS, networking, and telecommunications, and working through various tickets and project assignments. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard applications, and good communication skills in both German and English. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist - Application Development, IT Specialist - System Integration, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, IT Assistant, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT service or support
  • Experience with current Windows operating systems
  • Experience with current standard applications (Office products, Adobe etc.)
  • Experience working with ticket systems (advantageous)
