As a Microsoft Administrator in Ingolstadt, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure for a retailer's branch IT. Your day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring the smooth operation of systems, supporting the implementation of new technologies, performing changes to the IT infrastructure, and managing system documentation and knowledge. You will also participate in planning and executing IT projects, provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft Servers, and analyze and resolve incidents and problems.
