Job Summary

This role is for a Field Service Technician based in Ingolstadt, Germany, working with a leading technology service provider specializing in Device as a Service for industrial clients across Germany. Day-to-day, you will perform service, maintenance, and repair tasks on various IT hardware including printers, plotters, PCs, notebooks, and peripherals from different manufacturers. You will also be responsible for installing hardware and software and configuring associated networks, acting as the primary technical contact for all inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd Level Support, excellent German language skills, and a Class B driver's license.
