Job Summary

This role is for an IT Rollout Technician based in Munich, working for a nationwide IT service provider. The primary responsibilities include the installation, delivery, and setup of various hardware components such as PCs, notebooks, and peripherals. You will also be involved in disassembling and relocating equipment. Day-to-day tasks will encompass providing direct support to users via 'floorwalking' and at service points, as well as offering remote support over the phone. Ideal candidates will have a completed vocational training in an IT-related field, strong hardware and software knowledge, and experience interacting with users. This position offers a varied role with regular working hours and the potential for permanent employment.
