Job Summary

As an IT Network Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for a client's network infrastructure, primarily within an industrial company setting in Neckarsulm. Your daily tasks will include monitoring ticket queues, performing break-fix activities, preparing and installing/removing network components, managing network cabling, and handling warehouse administration. You will also be expected to meticulously document all activities using customer-specific tools. This role requires a structured approach to work, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a 3-shift system, including on-call duties.
