Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 2nd level onsite support for client workstations at an automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing software and hardware solutions in production environments, managing application support for production software, and performing fault analysis and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities also include maintaining system documentation, managing tickets within the customer system, and coordinating with the Remote Operation Center.
