Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for an industrial company in Offenbach am Main. The Onsite IT Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining both hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation for end-users. Key daily tasks include taking, processing, and documenting IT incidents via a ticketing system, providing direct support for Windows endpoints in an office environment, and analyzing and resolving IT issues on-site. The technician will also set up, relocate, and reconfigure IT workstations, and provide user training on new software and hardware. The ideal candidate will have experience in onsite support, detailed knowledge of MS Windows and Office365, and the ability to set up clients, including manual software installations, while adhering to SLAs.
