Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving IT landscape disruptions, providing expert advice in IT support, and delivering 2nd-level support in a production-oriented environment. This role requires a strong background in Windows operating systems (10 & 11 Enterprise), log analysis, driver diagnostics, and networking. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations for a leading European IT company specializing in system house and e-commerce services. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system electronics, IT specialist system integration, or comparable qualification
- Detailed knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise versions and operating systems
- Experience in log analysis, evaluation of system protocols, and Windows driver diagnostics
- Knowledge of Windows registries, BitLocker, and IP networking
- Knowledge of BIOS and BIOS upgrades
