As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will play a key role in a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring hardware and software, independently analyzing IT malfunctions for clients, and providing 2nd level onsite support. You'll also be responsible for responding to technical support inquiries, developing solutions for IT challenges, assisting with escalation management, and systematically documenting work steps.
