Job Summary
Ready for a fresh start in technical support? As an IT Service Technician in Augsburg, you'll tackle complex hardware issues and ensure smooth system operations for renowned business clients. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining critical IT infrastructures, performing hardware rollouts, and delivering IT workplace services for business users. You'll provide onsite support for Windows clients, analyze and resolve problems in industrial IT environments, and manage Panel PCs and industrial tablets, rotating between two customer locations in Augsburg. Required Skills
Education
IT vocational training or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or service technician role
- Experience with current Windows operating systems
- Experience in network environments (Switching, Layer 1-3)
Languages
Additional
- Mobility with Class B driver's license; willingness to participate in on-call duty (compensated) and shifted working hours (until 6:00 PM at the latest); willingness to travel rarely; must be able to work across two customer locations in Augsburg.
