Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training such as IT System Electronics Technician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualifications
Experience
- Professional experience in Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise versions
- Experience in log analysis and evaluation of system protocols
- Experience with BIOS and BIOS upgrades
- Foundational understanding of Windows drivers and their diagnosis
- Understanding of Windows registries, BitLocker, and IP networking
